1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:
- Item is defective
- Item is damaged
- Wrong item received
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used plush toys
- Items damaged by misuse
- Items returned after 14 days
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Order number
- Photos of item
- Description of issue

If approved:
- Refund issued within 5–10 business days
- Sent to original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our fault).

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
